- In any CanCooker sauté the ground beef. When ground beef is browned add onion, green pepper, and garlic and cook until tender. Add CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning and Onion Pepper Seasoning, water, crushed tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cayenne pepper and cumin to the ground beef mixture. On a medium low heat simmer the chili for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- 2 pounds Ground Beef or Wild Game
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 large Green Pepper

- Salt and Pepper
