- Spray inside of CanCooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place bread and raisins in CanCooker. In medium bowl, beat milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and salt with a whisk. Pour mixture over bread and raisins in the CanCooker. Toss to evenly coat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Toss again to make sure the bread is evenly coated. Cover and cook on low heat for 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

- ½ cup Raisins
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup Butter
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Vanilla

- Whipped Cream
