Lemon Blueberry Bread

- In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, lemon juice and eggs. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt, stir into egg mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Fold in the blueberries and lemon zest.Grease miniature loaf pans. Fill each pan 2/3 full of batter. Place 2-piece rack on the bottom of the CanCooker and add water to the top of the rack. Place miniature loaf pans on the rack. Latch lid and steam on low to medium low for 30 minutes.Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Combine glaze ingredients, drizzle over warm bread. Cool completely.

- ⅓ cup Butter

- 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Grated Lemon Zest
