French Onion Chicken Meatballs

- In any non-stick Cancooker Jr or Companion cook onions and garlic on a medium low heat until translucent. When translucent add French onion soup, thyme, and Onion Pepper Seasoning. Place lid on CanCooker and simmer for 10 minutes to help reduce liquid. Meanwhile, mix ground chicken, ½ cup Swiss cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, garlic, Onion Pepper Seasoning and All Purpose Seasoning. Combine ingredients and form into 16 meatballs. Remove lid from the CanCooker and add meatballs to the sauce. Replace lid and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes. When meatballs are cooked, remove from the CanCooker and top with sauce. Garnish with remaining 1 cup Swiss cheese and serve immediately.
