- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder and garlic. Dip fillets in flour mixture to coat both sides.In a non-stick CanCooker, heat oil over medium heat. Add fillets, cook, uncovered, 3-4 minutes on each side. Add broth, cilantro, lime zest and lime juice. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened and fish flakes easily with a fork.

- ½ tbsp Chicken Broth
- 3 tbsp Minced Fresh Cilantro
