- In any CanCooker place rack inside can and add chicken stock. Place turkey tenderloin on the rack inside CanCooker, then add celery and season with rosemary and CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning™. Cook on low Medium heat for 30 minutes after CanCooker begins to steam. Turkey is done when internal temperature is 165 degrees. Remove turkey tenderloin from CanCooker and plate for serving.Finish with salt &, pepper or use CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning™ to taste.NOTE: This is perfect main dish for a small Thanksgiving dinner.
