- Drain pineapple, reserving the juice.
- Add water to the juice if needed to measure 1 cup, pour liquid into any CanCooker.
- Add 1/3 cup water, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch.
- Stir the mixture until smooth.
- Place the CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source and cook until the mixture has thickened.
- Add the pineapple, meatballs and the green pepper.
- Continue to cook until the meatballs are warmed through, about 20 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
