Stuffed Pork Chops

- Cut a pocket into each pork chop. Mix the brown sugar, apples, walnuts and cranberries in a bowl and stuff each chop with a ¼ of the apple mixture and 1 tbs of butter. Then shake some All Purpose Seasoning on top of each pork chop. Spray CanCooker with non-stick cooking spray. Put the potatoes in bottom of CanCooker and shake a little All Purpose Seasoning on them. Carefully place the stuffed pork chops on top of the potatoes. Pour in the apple cider and water. Latch CanCooker lid and place on heat source. Bring to steam and cook approx. 30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and open with oven mitts. Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid.

- 4 Thick Pork Chops
- 1 ½ pounds Baby Red Skin Potatoes
- 1 Cooking Apple
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Chopped Walnuts

- 4 ounces Apple Cider
- 8 ounces Water
