Stuffed Jack-O-Lantern Bell Peppers

- In bowl mix together the ground beef, egg, bread cubes, onion, tomato, garlic, chili sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.Cut tops from peppers, discard seeds and membranes. Cut jack-o-lantern faces into the peppers with a sharp paring knife. Sprinkle inside of peppers with salt. Stuff peppers with meat mixture.Place the 2 piece stainless steel rack on bottom of the CanCooker and add the 12 oz water.Place the stuffed peppers on the rack, latch lid and place on low to low/medium heat. Steam for 40 minutes, then turn off heat.An option is to Sprinkle with cheese, place lid back on and let stand for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.Remove with tongs and Enjoy.

- 6 medium Orange Peppers
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- 4 slices Bread
- 1 small Onion
- 1 small Tomato
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ cup Chili Sauce
- ¼ cup Yellow Mustard
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 12 ounces Water
