- In a separate pan, cook rice according to package directions.In the CanCooker, add butter, celery and onion. Saute on low to low/medium heat stirring constantly until the onion and celery are tender. Stir in soup, mushrooms and prepared rice. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl.Sprinkle inside and outside of hens with salt and pepper. Stuff the hens with the rice mixture.Place the rack in the bottom of CanCooker and add the chicken broth and water. Place stuffed hens on the rack head down and butt up. Latch lid and steam for 90 minutes on a low/medium heat. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.Transfer to a serving tray and enjoy!

- 1 package Fast-Cooking Long Grain and Wild Rice Mix
- 2 Celery Ribs
- 1 small Onion
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Mushroom Stems and Pieces
- 3 Cornish Game Hens
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 12 ounces Chicken Broth
- 12 ounces Water
