- Add turkey, broth, canned tomatoes, green chilies, fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic and lime juice to the CanCooker. Season with cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, and pepper. Latch lid and put on medium to medium/low heat. Steam for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in avocado and cilantro. Return to heat and steam for an additional 15 minutes. Serve in soup bowls, topped with shredded cheese.

- 1 ½ cups Cooked Turkey
- 4 cups Vegetable
- 28 ounce Can Diced Tomatoes
- 4 ounce Can Chopped Green Chile Peppers
- 2 Plum Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ tsp Ground Cumin
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Avocado
- ½ tsp Dried Cilantro
- 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
