A hearty chili made using Mexican Chorizo and Turkey.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
- 1 lb. chorizo cut from casings
- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 red or green bell pepper chopped
- 1 Tbsp. coriander
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 15 oz. can of diced tomatoes
- 1 Lb. cooked turkey breast diced
- 2-3 cups chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. pureed chipotles in adobo
- 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Chili flavored tortilla chips or Fritos©
- Lime wedges

Directions
- Put olive oil and chorizo in any CanCooker and place on a medium-to-medium low heat source, crumbling the meat as it cooks.
- Add the garlic, onions and pepper and cook until soften, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the coriander, cumin, and the tomatoes.
- Then add the turkey, stock, chipotles, cornmeal and honey.
- Place lid on the CanCooker and cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Ladle soup into bowls, top with chips and serve with a lime wedge.
