- NOTE: You can cook multiple cans of dough while you have your oil hot. Might need to add more sugar and cinnamon for coating.Fill oil in non-stick CanCooker Jr or Companion until it',s approximately 3 inches full. Place CanCooker onto medium low heat and preheat for 5-10 minutes.Place a few pieces of dough into can at a time and fry, as the Malasada cooks the dough will get golden. To flip, just tap frying dough with utensil and malasada will roll over. After other side cooks, remove from oil and place in bowl of mixed sugar and cinnamon. - 7.5 ounces Buttermilk Biscuits

24-30 ounces Vegetable oil
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon
