- In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source add olive oil and onion and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and garlic and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
- Stir in the cumin, chili powder, beans and tomatoes.
- Pour in the Guiness and brown sugar, stir to combine.
- Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
- Serve garnished with sour cream, shredded cheese, red onions, jalapenos, and green onions.

- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 11.2- ounce bottle Guinness Draught
- 2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup diced yellow onion

15 oz can red kidney beans - drained and rinsed

15 oz can cannellini beans - drained and rinsed
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes

2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheese
- Red onions – diced
- Jalapeños
- Green onions - diced
1 tbsp brown sugar Optional Toppings
