- Add water to the CanCooker. Add salt. Place on heat and bring water to a boil. Add fettuccine noodles and cook noodles for 8-10 minutes or until they are ½ the way done (don’t worry you can',t mess it up).Strain the noodles with CanCooker strainer lid. Place the empty CanCooker back on low heat and melt the butter. Add garlic and 1 tbsp pepper. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.Add the noodles. Add half the parmesan and romano cheese and fold them into the noodles.In a mixing bowl, combine milk, flour, and 1 tbsp of pepper. Add mixture to the CanCooker and stir. Add the remainder of cheese and fold gently into noodles.Latch lid and return the CanCooker to a low heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.

- 1 cup Romano Cheese
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Pepper
- 2 cups Milk
- ¾ cup Flour
