The perfect way to make Crawfish using a CanCooker.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 3 lbs crawfish
- 12-24 oz beer
- 6 oz (175g) Louisiana Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Boil

2 tablespoons CanCooker Creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Pepper seasoning
- 1 head garlic, unpeeled but separated
- 3 ears corn, cut into 2-inch (5cm) pieces
- 12 oz (350g) small red potatoes, halved
- 14 oz (400g) smoked sausage, cut into chunky pieces (Hillshire Farms)
- 1 lemons, sliced into rounds

Directions
Add the corn standing on end, potatoes, sausage, beer, butter, Louisiana Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Boil, Creole Seasoning, Lemon pepper Seasoning, lemons and garlic.
Latch lid and place on medium heat and steam for 15-20 minutes.
Carefully open lid and add crawfish.
Re-latch lid and steam 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for a minimum of 5 minutes.
- Place food into large serving tray and enjoy.
- Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid and no more than 36 oz.
