- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. The batter will be slightly lumpy. Grease miniature loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray and pour batter into pans, filling to two-thirds full.Place the 2-piece stainless steel rack in the bottom of the CanCooker and add water to the top of the rack. Put the loaf pans on the rack. Cover and latch the lid. Steam on low to medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes. Remove and let cool.
