- In a nonstick CanCooker add all the ingredients, place on lid and cook on a low medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove lid, let simmer to reduce liquid until thickened 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over rice!

- 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Garam Masala or curry Powder
- 1 Onion Cut in Half
- 1 Bell Pepper Cut in Half
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Tumeric
- ½ tsp Ground Ginger
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 14 ounces Can Coconut Milk
