Chicken Tacos

- In any non-stick CanCooker, melt butter over a medium heat. Add onion and green pepper and sauté until tender. Add chicken, lemonade, olive oil, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and taco seasoning. Stir ingredients together. Place lid on CanCooker and simmer until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear, approximately 20 minutes. Serve with warmed corn tortillas and top with preferred ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. skinless and boneless chicken breasts – cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/3 cup onions – chopped
- 1/3 cup green pepper – chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup lemonade
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 - 1 oz taco seasoning packet
- 1 package 12-ounce corn tortillas
- 1 head lettuce – shredded
- 2 large tomatoes – chopped
- 1 - 8 oz package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 - 8 oz jar salsa
- 1 - 8 oz container sour cream
