Beef Tenderloin Tips w/ Mushroom Gravy

- On a medium-to-medium low heat source, add the olive oil to the CanCooker. Season the beef tips with the CanCooker All Purpose and Onion Pepper Seasoning and place into the CanCooker. Cook for 2 minutes until the beef tips are browned on all sides. Remove tips and place on a plate. Do not wipe out the CanCooker.
- Add the onion and mushrooms and cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. When all of the liquids from the mushrooms have cooked off and the onions begin to caramelize, add the garlic and continue to cook for an additional 45 seconds. Mix in the beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme and CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning. Scrap up any brown bits from the CanCooker and stir to combine. Add flour. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Return the steak tips to the CanCooker along with any juices from the plate. Cook for approximately 1 hour until the beef tips are tender, stirring occasionally.

- 1/4 cup flour
