Beef Cannellini Bean Minestrone Soup

- Instructions: Heat oil in CanCooker, Stir in onion, carrots, celery, &, salt and pepper. Add sausage. Cook about 5 minutes. Add ground beef, garlic, and seasonings. Cook until browned and cooked through. Stir in tomato paste, mix. Add broth, tomatoes, beans, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Meanwhile cook your pasta in a separate CanCooker. Once cooked, strain with your strainer lid. Add the pasta to the soup, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Serve &, enjoy.

- 1 Diced Onion
- 2 Diced Carrots
- 2 Diced Celery Sticks
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- ⅙ tsp Pepper
- ¼ tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 links Sweet italian Sausage
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 6 cups Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 28 ounces Can Diced Tomatoes
- 15 ounces Can Cannellini Beans
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 pound Ditalini Pasta
- Parmesan for Garnish

Directions
Heat oil in CanCooker.
Stir in onion, carrots, celery, &, salt and pepper.
Add sausage and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef, garlic, and seasonings. Cook until browned and cooked through.
Stir in tomato paste, mix.
Add broth, tomatoes, beans, and bay leaf.
Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile cook your pasta in a separate CanCooker.
Once cooked, strain with your strainer lid.
Add the pasta to the soup, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
