BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs

- In a large bowl combine ground beef, bacon, bread crumbs, onion, egg, honey and all purpose seasoning. Mix ingredients together, make a small patty, and place a cube of cheese in the middle. Form the patty around the cheese to make a round ball. Place the 2- piece rack in the bottom of the CanCooker and add 24 oz. of beef broth. Place the balls on the rack, close the lid and steam on medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Let rest in the CanCooker for 5 minutes. Remove meatballs, insert toothpicks and dunk the meatballs in BBQ sauce.Garnish with your choice of pickles, onions and cheddar cheese chunks.

- 2 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- ½ cup Onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Honey

- 24 (½inch) cubes Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
- Garnishes Dill Pickle Slices, Red Onion Slices, Cheddar Cheese Chunks
