Bacon-Ranch Chicken Melts

- Spray inside of CanCooker with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken breasts evenly with salt and pepper. Place chicken breasts into the CanCooker in a single layer. In measuring cup, beat chicken broth and ranch seasoning with a whisk. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on low to medium heat for 20 minutes. While the chicken is cooking, cook the bacon and drain on paper towels. Cool slightly before crumbling into bits. When chicken is done, transfer to a cutting board and shred. Pile some of the chicken onto each bottom bun. Top with bacon, cheese, green onions and/or jalapeños. Serve warm.

- 4-5 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- ½ cup Unsalted Progresso Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 5 slices Bacon
- 8 Burger Buns
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Thin Sliced Green Onions and/or Pickled Jalapeno Slices
