Party Meatballs Recipe

Party meatballs

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Frozen Meatballs
1 can Bavarian Style Sauerkraut
1 jar Heinz chili sauce
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
½ can beer

Spray inside CanCooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add all the ingredients, latch lid and cook on low/medium temperature for 45 minutes. Turn off the heat and let stand with lid on for 5 minutes. ENJOY!!!

Cowboy Chili

Cowboy Chili

Feeds 10-12

 

 

Ingredients:

5lbs of ½ beef or wild game of your choice

2 large onions (Chopped 1/2inch)

Large green pepper (Chopped 1/2inch)

2 Large cans of crushed tomatoes

2 heaping tbsp of minced garlic

¼ cup of chili powder

¼ cup of cumin

3 large cans of kidney beans

1 gallon of water

½ cup of vegetable oil

2 tbsp or so to your taste of salt and pepper          

 

 

Directions:

In your CanCooker on medium heat sauté meat in oil along with salt pepper, garlic, green pepper, onion

Once sautéed add water

Put lid and let cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes

Add beans, cumin, tomatoes, and chili powder

Stir together

Put lid on Cook for 30 minutes on low heat

 

Please note Handles may be hot, please use oven mitts when handling

Uncle Millie’s Beef and Noodles

Uncle Millie’s Beef and Noodles

Servers: 8-10

 

Ingredients:

5 lbs of Roast (Wild Game or Beef)

1 Large Onion chopped 1 inch

1 Green Pepper chopped 1 inch

2 lbs of Carrots diced ½ inch

2 bulbs of garlic peeled and coarse chopped

1 tablespoon of salt

1tablespoon of pepper

1 stick of butter

1 Large bag of wide egg noodles

1 gallon of water

1 pack of onion soup mix

 

 

Directions:

Place CanCooker on heat source, melt 1 stick of butter on low to medium heat

Add Onion, Green Pepper, Garlic, Salt, Carrots, and Pepper

Sautee

Add Roast- brown roast

Add Onion soup mix

Add Water

Place Lid on Cancooker and  cook for 1hour and 15 minutes

After 1hour 15 minutes check to see if it is fork tender (easily falling apart) if not cook a little longer checking every 10 minutes

Add Noodles

Put lid on and cook for 10-15 minutes

Add additional salt and pepper for taste if needed

Olive Burger Supreme

Olive Burger Supreme: (Feeds 8-10)

Ingredients:

8lbs of wild game burger or hamburger

1 large onion chopped ½ inch

1 large green pepper chopped ½ inch

1 large stick of Velveeta Cheese Chopped 1inch cubes

1 large jar of green olives chopped

Salt and Pepper

Vegetable Oil

Hamburger Buns

Nonstick Spray

 

Directions:

Spray inside CanCooker with nonstick spray (liberally)

On low heat, Add quarter cup of Vegetable Oil

Add Onions and Green Pepper

Stir until softened

Add burger (Chop and crumble to a medium size burger) stir until brown adding salt and pepper to taste

Put lid on and cook for 3-4minutes

Add cubes of Velveeta and fold into meat

Put CanCooker Lid on and let cook for 2 minutes

Take lid off and check meat while stirring (do not burn)

Strain Olives removing all juice from jar

Mix Olives with burger and cheese

Serve on buns

Can Kabobs

Can Kabobs
 
INGREDIENTS:

2 Chicken Breasts cut into large bite size pieces
2 Sirloin Steaks cut into large bite size pieces
8 new red potatoes quartered
1 green bell pepper cut into chunks
1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
1 or 2 onions quartered
1 packaged button mushrooms
1 small zucchini squash cut into chunks Fresh garlic
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
CanCooker Original Seasoned salt
CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 stick of butter (optional)
12 oz. liquid (bottled water or beer)
 
First place in the CanCooker potatoes, pepper, onion, mushrooms and squash. Place chicken and steak on top of vegetables. Add garlic, lemon juice, seasonings, soy, Worcestershire and butter. Last add the water (or beer). Latch the lid and place on heat source. Once steam begins to vent, keep on heat source for 40-minutes (approx.). Remove from heat using oven mitts and let cool for a minimum of 5-minutes. Pour out contents into a large serving tray and enjoy.

Tucker & Dalton’s famous ribs

***This recipe was prepared by 2 boys that wanted to try Ribs in the CanCooker. The Ribs were so good they called in the recipe so we could put it on our website for others to enjoy.

Ingredients:
Full Rack of Ribs (cut into 3 sections)
1 large onion (quartered)
2 cans of beer
1 can of water
Seasoning to taste (CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt, CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning, etc.)
BBQ Sauce
1. Spray inside of Can Cooker with nonstick cooking spray
2. Place ribs on bottom of Can Cooker
3. Place onions on top
4. Season to taste
5. Add beer and water
6. Lock lid and place on heat source–steam for 60 minutes
7.After the 60 minutes carefully open the lid and remove the ribs
8. Add BBQ sauce to the ribs and place in broiler for 20 minutes. (you an also add BBQ sauce and place on grill for 20 minutes)

9. Serve with BBQ Baked Beans and Garlic Bread.

CanCooker burgers

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs ground beef
2 pounds of new Potatoes, quartered
1 bag of baby carrots
1 or 2 onions, quartered
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Worchstershire
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup mix
CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning
1 12 oz. liquid (bottled water or beer)
First place in the CanCooker potatoes, carrots and onion. Mix ground beef, soy sauce, worchestershire, package of Lipton onion soup mix and CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning. Make into patties and place on top of vegetables. Add water (or beer) Latch the lid and place on heat source. Once steam begins to vent, keep on heat source for 40-minutes (approx.). Remove from heat using oven mitts and let cool for a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes.

Phil’s Chuck roast

INGREDIENTS:

10 potatoes, quartered
2 onions, quartered
1 bag baby carrots
16 half ears of corn, placed on end
6 cloves of garlic chopped
1 package of whole button mushrooms cut in half
2 chuck roasts (1 1/2lbs each)
1 package of Williams slow cooker beef flavored seasoning
CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning
1 12 oz beer
First, place in the CanCooker ears of corn standing on end. Add potatoes, onions, carrots, mushrooms and chopped garlic cloves. Sprinkle vegetables will CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning. Place chuck roasts on top of vegetables. Add package of Williams slow cooker seasoning and 1 can of beer. Latch the lid and place on heat source. (med heat) Once the cooker begins to vent steam, keep on heat source for additional 40-50 minutes (approx). Remove from heat source and let stand for a minimum of 5 to10-minutes. Place food into large serving tray and enjoy.

Gunnar’s Campfire Stew

INGREDIENTS:

2 1⁄2 pounds lean beef stew meat, cut in 1–inch cubes
6 medium potatoes quartered
1 or 2 onions quartered 1 bag baby carrots
6 ribs celery, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 cloves garlic, minced
CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt
CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
1 stick of butter (optional)
1 can tomato sauce
1⁄2 can beef broth
1 can beer
First place in the CanCooker potatoes, carrots, onion and celery. Place stew meat on top of vegetables. Add garlic, seasonings and butter. Last add tomato sauce, beef broth and beer. Latch the lid and place on heat source. Once steam begins to vent, keep on heat source for 40-minutes (approx.). Remove from heat using oven mitts and let coolfor a minimum of 5- minutes. Pour out contents into a large serving tray. Serve with warm bread.

Irish Corned beef and cabbage

INGREDIENTS:

3 pounds corned beef brisket with spice packet
5 pounds new potatoes
2 bags of baby carrots
1 head of cabbage quartered
12-oz. water 12-oz beer
Serves 6-8, Double recipe for 12-16 servings
First place in the CanCooker the potatoes,carrots and cabbage Place corn beef on top of vegetables. Add seasoning packet, and liquids. Latch lid and put on heat source. Once lid begins to vent steam, keep on heat source for 40- 50 minutes(approx.) Remove from heat and let stand for a
minimum of 5 to10-minutes. Place food into large serving tray and enjoy!
Irish gravy recipe: White Sauce with Parsley
• 1 small onion
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 cups milk
• 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
• 1/2 cup flour
• salt and pepper
• 3 to 4 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
Peel the onion and stud it with the cloves. In a pan, add the milk (and stock if using),
onion and bay leaf and slowly bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to a simmer and allow this to infuse the flavors for 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and strain.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour and cook over a low heat for a minute or
two. Gradually add the infused milk, stirring all the time to make a smooth sauce.
Simmer over a low heat for a fewbminutes and then season to taste.
Add the chopped parsley and stir well. Serve overtop vegetables.
