Cabelas. I told some friends who have a podcast with a few thousand listeners world wide. And a few blogs. They are impressed. Just thought I would tell you the word is out. Great product thanks

Party meatballs

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Frozen Meatballs
1 can Bavarian Style Sauerkraut
1 jar Heinz chili sauce
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
½ can beer

Spray inside CanCooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add all the ingredients, latch lid and cook on low/medium temperature for 45 minutes. Turn off the heat and let stand with lid on for 5 minutes. ENJOY!!!

Just got home from our fishing trip and used our can cooker.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME WAY TO COOK A MEAL!!!!!!

Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

INGREDIENTS:
¾ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
Box of Lemon – Poppy Seed Muffin Mix (pouch of lemon glaze)

Stir Lemon-Poppy Seed Mix, milk, oil and eggs in medium bowl just until blended (batter may be lumpy) Grease miniature loaf pans and pour batter into pans approx 2/3 full. Place rack in the bottom of the CanCooker or CanCooker Jr and add water to the top of the rack. Place 2 pans of batter on top of the rack. Place lid on and steam for 30 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
Drizzle lemon glaze over loafs.

NOTE***
You will need to use miniature loaf pans (we used aluminum disposable ones) Size 5-1/2 inches long X 3-1/2 inches wide X 2 inches deep. Only 2 pans will be able to fit into CanCooker at a time.

This recipe will yield 4 loafs.

Make batter ahead of time and place in storage container for easier use at campsite, etc.

Message: Love my can cooker!!! Uses it twice so far and was amazed!
Was able to put four slabs of baby backs, cut into 4 sections, ten ears of corn broke in half, and fill the remaining area with halved baby potatoes. Soaked the ribs in apple juice for about eight hours then did a rub on them, set in fridge overnight. Pour apple jucie, beer, and liquid smoke into the cooker. 50 mins later, empty contents into aluminum pans, braised ribs on hot grill with bbq sauce. Best ribs I have ever done!!
